We want every Kissing Gate delivery to feel as beautiful as it smells.
Because our perfumes and room mists are made with care and sealed for safety, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@kissinggate.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll happily review the issue and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the issue has been verified. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear after confirmation.
Every Kissing Gate parcel leaves our studio by hand, and we take great pride in ensuring it reaches you as intended — safely, beautifully, and ready to be unwrapped.
Returns Due to the nature of perfume and room mists, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. We take every precaution to ensure your fragrance reaches you in perfect condition. If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@kissinggate.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
