Shipping All Kissing Gate orders are prepared with care and dispatched within 3 business days. We currently ship Australia-wide using secure, trackable delivery services. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door. 

Please allow additional time for regional or remote deliveries. Every parcel is packed by hand to ensure your fragrance arrives safely and beautifully — a small gesture of care from our studio to you.

Returns Due to the nature of perfume and room mists, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. We take every precaution to ensure your fragrance reaches you in perfect condition. If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@kissinggate.com.au within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
